$40 per Vendor Spot
This Agreement is entered into this day, by and between the Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce (BACoC) and the Vendor to participate in the Fifth Annual Fall Frenzy taking place on Sept. 20th, 2025 and to make the event a success for the vendor, the community, and the BACoC. Independent Contractor.
The Vendor is considered to be an independent contractor. The Vendor shall pay all income and other taxes due and is responsible for reporting the same. The Vendor will be solely responsible for its acts and the acts of its agents, employees, or representatives during the performance of this Agreement.
Vendor must provide their own equipment: canopies, canopy stakes/weights, tables, chairs, etc., and be set up before the starting time for their event.
The Vendor agrees to pay BACoC the following $40 non-refundable fee with the application. Any vendor who cancels after Sept. 1st, 2025 the year the event occurs will be required to submit an email to the BACoC detailing the reasoning for their cancelation. The BACoC will review the email and make a determination on the validity of the reasoning. If determined to be valid the vendor will face no consequences, but if determined invalid the vendor will face suspension from future BACoC events. The terms and length of each suspension will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the BACoC. Vendor fees are nonrefundable if the vendor cancels for any reason. In the case that BACoC cancels the event, vendors will receive a refund. This is a legal and binding contract.
